李凤莲 Fenglian Li 高级项目经理 Senior Engagement Manager

李凤莲女士现任职卓创咨询事业部高级项目经理，主要职责包括项目需求沟通、方案设计、项目执行指导、项目汇报，以及部门培训、核心客户维护等。
李凤莲女士从事能源化工咨询工作近20年，拥有丰富的行业研究、团队管理、产品规划、项目执行、市场研究及培训经验，多次承担国际及国内行业会议发言、主持工作；多次承担专项培训及讲师工作。
李凤莲女士在多年工作中，先后任成品油编辑主管、能源编辑部总编、能源咨询项目负责人，在石油、天然气、化工、新能源等领域的行业发展和产业研究拥有丰富经验。
曾负责主导过包括中石油、中石化、中海油、国家管网集团、BP、壳牌、SK、三菱等几十个国内外知名企业行业研究及市场调研项目。

Ms. Fenglian Li is currently working as a senior project Manager of SCI Consulting. Her main responsibilities include project request clarification&communication, project proposal design, project execution guidance, project presentation, in-house training, core customer management, etc.
Ms. Fenglian Li has been in energy consulting industry for 20 years with rich experience in industry &market research, team management, product planning, project execution, and training. She has presided and been invited to give speeches over international and domestic industry conferences, undertook in-house training for many times.
Ms. Fenglian Li had successively served as editorial director of refined oil products, Editor-in-Chief of energy editorial Department, and head of Energy Consulting projects.
She has been responsible for leading industry and market researches projects of dozens of top industry players, including Petrochina, Sinopec, CNOOC, Pipechina, bp, Shell, SK, Mitsubishi etc.
