•刘杰先生是卓创资讯咨询事业部高级咨询顾问，主要承担实际项目的前期沟通筹备、项目团队组建、报告执行撰写及报告成文汇报等工作。

•刘杰先生拥有10年以上在能源化工行业的咨询经验，尤其擅长塑料原料及改性塑料领域的咨询项目。曾主导在不同领域各种类型的咨询项目，参与大商所、中石化、中海油、上海赛科、福建联合、沙比克、神华集团、中煤集团、山西焦煤、燕山石化、大唐多伦、晓星集团、中化集团、南山集团等多项咨询项目的组织与撰写工作。

•多次获邀出席塑料产品有关的行业会议，2014年曾作为“大商所聚丙烯期货上市期货推介会”的巡回演讲员，先后7次在全国各城市发表聚丙烯相关课题演讲。从业期间，获邀出席交易所、期货公司、塑料行业其他机构等举办的有关塑料产品的研讨会并发表演讲超过30次。

•刘杰目前拥有国家工业和信息化部认证的数据分析师（CPDA）职称 。

He takes a leading role in diversified consulting projects, and the clients includes Dalian Commodity Exchange, Sinopec, CNOOC, Shanghai Secco, Fujian Refining & Petrochemical Company, Sabic, Shenhua Group, China Coal, Shanxi Coking Coal Group, Yanshan PC, Datang Duolun, HYUSONG, Sinochem, and Nanshan Group, etc.

•Mr. Jie Liu has been invited to attend plastics industry conference for many times. He was ever the speechmaker on the PP futures listing promotion meeting of  Dalian Commodity Exchange. Besides, he delivered more than 30 different speeches for  a lot of exchanges, futures company, and other third parties of plastics.
